Refund Policy
Can I return my order placed through CompanionBites.com?
Due to the nature of perishable Products sold, returns and/or exchanges are not allowed. Nor, are products purchased from Companion Bites eligible for refund unless the customer receives an incorrect order OR the order arrives damaged, thawed, or spoiled.
I did not receive the correct order OR my order arrived damaged, thawed, or spoiled.
If your order arrives damaged, thawed, spoiled, or incorrect, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at hello@companionbites.com. To process a claim for damaged or spoiled Products, you must provide clear photos of (1) the container the product shipped in; (2) the product as it arrived in the box; and (3) as applicable, either a photo showing the damaged/spoiled item, or a photo showing the incorrect item. Once reviewed, we will determine if a refund or replacement is applicable.
I changed my mind, and I want to cancel or modify my order.
Companion Bites is unable to cancel or modify orders once placed. Please reach out to hello@companionbites.com for additional information.
Limitations on Refunds
Shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable. Any replacement item may require payment of an additional shipping fee. Our obligation to provide a refund or replacement shall be your sole and exclusive remedy and our sole and exclusive obligation. In all cases, our liability with respect to a defective product shall be limited to the amount of money you paid for the product. We will not be liable for other damages, including without limitation incidental, special, consequential, or other indirect damages or lost profits.
